「Excellent vacation 」

「There are friendly & kindly front desk staffs, bar. Also there are nice pool and spa. Breakfast is ok. There is Super market near the hotel. Also it has some restaurants around the hotel. House keeping is always on time. Its good. 」

「Hi, We stayed at The Tides for a long weekend in May 2024. The room was super clean, the amenities were great, allowed us to mix restaurants and home food. The supermarket is about 15 mins walk from The Tides, and you also have the option to use the onsite bicycles for free. Turks and Caicos weather was awesome, people are nice, patient, and we personally need to thank Brenda for all her help, she was super nice and made us feel home. Will definitely go back to Turks, and stay at The Tides...

「This property is amazing! Short walk to the beach! Easy to get transportation. The front desk staff is so nice, very helpful! Love the studio ocean view room...everything you need is in the room!! Even a washer & dryer!! There are a lot of stairs to get to the room but I got use to it lol...I didn't want to leave! Beautiful property & grounds well kept! I can't wait to return! Close to airport as well! Awesome place!」

「エクスペディアから予約確認メールが来てから1カ月後に、オーナーから直接メールが入り、諸事情(ダブルブッキング)で泊まれなくなったのでキャンセルしたとの連絡が入った。旅行日が迫っていたので、エクスペディアにも電話して対応をお願いしたが、自分で対応するしかないとの返事。オーナーと3週間ほど何度もメールのやり取りをした結果、この宿泊施設(Cekers Townhouse)を紹介されて泊まりました。元の宿泊施設は街の中心部まで歩いて5分、海が目の前のロケーション。3ベッドルーム。しかし、紹介された宿泊施設は街の中心部まで車で5分、海までは歩いて15分、2ベッドルーム。条件は悪化していますが、一切の値引きに応じてくれませんでした。 既に他のホテルはいっぱいで予算内で泊まれる所はなく、飛行機のチケットも変更できず、エクスペディアからも「オーナーと交渉して代替施設を紹介してもらうしかない」と言われ、やむなく泊まる判断をしました。 旅行前に、これだけ嫌な思いをしたのは初めてです。この宿泊施設では、他にも同じような事象が発生しているようです。この宿泊施設を利用する方は十分ご注意下さい。」

「First, TCI is beautiful. Our choice of Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas proved to be fantastic! The ocean is just steps away down a private lighted path. Fantastic snorkeling at Smith Reef from shore. The villa was great, clean and had everything we needed. The use of the grills at the pool was great for us when we didn't want to eat out. Great coffee shop and restaurants near by. The grocery store was a 10 minute drive. Everything was so convenient and the on-site manager was fantastic. We can't...

「The owner was lovely and always available to us when we walked around. If you had any issues, you had to ask her, and she would take care of it right away. I recommend it to anybody. It is great little villa.」
