「Property/people great. Parking in the garage was terrible. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was wonderful. Watch steps in our door pool if you are short 」

「First time in Gatlinburg and it was the best. We passed through driving from Wisconsin to Florida and Glenstone lodge was right where we were looking to stay. 10 minute walk from the shops and dinning. A beautiful view from our room balcony and the rooms were clean. Will definitely stay again. 」

「We stayed here for my kids 6th and 7th birthdays. In fact, things were going so well that we didn’t want to leave. On the morning of our scheduled departure, I called the front desk to request a late checkout for 2:00. We enjoyed the water park one last time and arrived back at 1:45 to change and checkout. When we arrived back to our room, the housekeeper was exiting our room! The beds were made. The towels were replaced. The tub, sink, fridge, and microwave were all cleaned! My family’s clothes...

「Very nice hotel and staff, the only issue was the floors were not very clean in room.. walking in socked feet picked up lots of hair and dirt… other then that it was great and they actually had someone come do a room sweep for us」
