All the staff presented themselves as professional but friendly always smiling and open to conversations and commentary. The spa is fantastic, relaxing and rejuvenating. 「Craig and Tommy were excellent welcoming hosts and they couldn’t do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We loved the quirkiness, laid back feel, and atmosphere of the Ryebeck. The food was very good and we wish to pass on our compliments to the chef. The hotel’s location and its views across the Windermere are wonderful. We will certainly look to stay again. 「My husband & I were very pleased with everything about our stay @ The Auckland Hotel. The staff were lovely & we had a wonderful welcome.The hotel was idea to walk to the promenade. Our room was lovely & the bed very comfortable. The facilities in our room were excellent. The breakfast was superb & well worth paying the extra. I had the vegetarian breakfast. The veggie sausage was amazing. We had our evening meal @ the hotel. The Fish & Chis was lovely.would definitely stay @ The Auckland...

「とてもスタッフの対応が明るく良かったです。 パブレストラン併設で、綺麗なフロントです。 部屋はやや古めでしたが、綺麗です。 残念なのは「ランドリー」とあったのですが、設備はありません。 連泊の場合のみ、業者に依頼してできるようでした。 少し外にでて、運河の横のトレイルを歩くと、とても気持ちがいい風景が広がっています。」

「The room was clean and the breakfast was good The only issue was the stairs to the room as our room was on the 3 floors there were a lot of stairs to climb and we both OAP which was very tiring. On the hold it was a good experience but we would not stay again due to the stairs.」
