Almost any facilities and extras you could want or need were already provided, with such care and attention to detail across all the areas. 「Room was clean and refurbished but let down by the bathroom The toilet was badly located and toiletries insufficient ( particularly as there was nowhere to shower in spa) due to no changing rooms being available Parts of the hotel have been refurbished and are lovely although often just superficial but the other parts are very tired and and unloved. One example being the bathroom, shower heads were not consistent in the water pressure and so caused a lot of spraying all across.
