「A lovely apartment right in the centre of Bowness-On-Windermere. The accommodation was spotless, cleaning spray, washing up liquid and cloths were provided. The bed was lovely and comfortable. People have mentioned the stairs up to the apartment. They caused us no problem but if people have mobility problems I can understand they might be a problem. If we return to the area we would stay here again. I am glad I didn’t book somewhere in Windermere, this was five minute walk to the lake. 」

「This is my 2nd time staying at the Station Lodge. You can't beat the price, the location and both times I've stayed I had nice large rooms. It's literally across the street from the train station, and as this is the last stop on the train you literally don't hear any sounds from the train. AND the trailhead for the Orett trail is also literally across the street. This trail spiders out to many other trails. There are a ton of restaurants, shops, pubs and the awesome grocery store with a cafe...

「ボウネスの桟橋からは徒歩で20分ほどかかるが、森の中のとても静かな環境にある。部屋はサイトの表示（17㎡）よりも実際には広い感じで（バスルームを含まない表示？）、バスタブもついており、快適に過ごすことができた。朝食はブッフェではなくオーダーして作ってもらう形で、事前に時間を指定して予約する必要がある。夕食もとても美味しかった。 なお、ここに泊まるとすると、外のレストランだとかなり歩くことになるため、ホテルで食べるのが良いと思われるが、その場合は予め夕食付きで予約しておく方がお得で良いと思う。 マイナスポイントを挙げるとすると、部屋に金庫と冷蔵庫がないことと、シャワーの水圧がやや弱いことくらい。」

「重い荷物を持って狭い階段を通ってしか部屋にアクセスできない。エレベーターなど設備を検討下さい。」

「We found this hotel and it’s an absolute gem! Nestled above Lake Windermere, it has a lovely atmosphere and comfy rooms. We had both dinner and breakfast there and they were both tasty and to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We would definitely stay there again」

「Hot tub shuts off at 11pm, and at that point have to go indoors. Its nice to have a choice of late night if want to. Little restricting」
