「We enjoyed staying in the property. We had a car and can visit all the Lake District attractions from the location. The view of the hotel was superb and manage to take some nice snaps. English Breakfast was included and the hospitality was superb. I faced flush issue with the toilet but the hotel has resolved the issue within quick turnaround time. 「このホテルは厳密には湖水地方の外にあるものの車であれば湖水地方の観光に全く問題のない所に位置している。その上、キリングトン湖のほとりにあり、この湖は殆ど商業化されていないため湖水地方の自然を存分に味わえる（鳥の島、野ウサギ、羊など）。ただ一つ問題なのはホテルのサイトの所在地表示が誤っていること。ここはＭ６のサービスエリア内にあるのに案内ではそうではないように書かれている。特に南から来るときはこのエリアに入りにくいので要注意。」

「This is a beautiful hotel just a few miles off the motorway but on the other she of Kendal. The Rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. We will come again for a longer stay. Just beautiful」

「Overall very good experience - the hotel, the rooms, cleanliness, staff, value for money, check in, check out, standard of rooms and facilities - All excellent. Except that there is cow dung smell when you open windows because of the farms and animals in the nearby houses, sheds etc. I understand its not related to hotel, but just rural locality. So i would still rate the hotel and stay as excellent.」

The en-suite shower room was a good size and the shower was powerful and hot.
