「Very close from the station, nice river view and clean room.」

「このホテルは厳密には湖水地方の外にあるものの車であれば湖水地方の観光に全く問題のない所に位置している。その上、キリングトン湖のほとりにあり、この湖は殆ど商業化されていないため湖水地方の自然を存分に味わえる（鳥の島、野ウサギ、羊など）。ただ一つ問題なのはホテルのサイトの所在地表示が誤っていること。ここはＭ６のサービスエリア内にあるのに案内ではそうではないように書かれている。特に南から来るときはこのエリアに入りにくいので要注意。」

「The property is already known for excellent food. This was the first time I had stayed there and I wasn’t disappointed. The room had been recently upgraded and the shower was fantastic with high quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast wasn’t included but I was delighted I paid for it. Quality, hot, delicious breakfast. It’s a good idea to offer two sizes of breakfast, regular and large. I also ate there in the evening and again the food was delicious . All the staff were...

「Excellant breakfast choice and period of which this was great. Gym facitilities were ok but not all appeared to be in working order. Cleaan pool. Jacuzzi, steam roon and sauna. Grounds were nice and well kept.」

「From start to end of stay, the staff were excellent, knowlegable, respectful and always happy to be of assistance. The food was delicious, large portions and the beer was very good. Wonderful town to easily walk about. High social consciousness w several charities highlighted. Room was exactly as described, clean, spacious and the bed/pillows super comfy. Highly recommend.」

「I booked my stay at this hotel through Expedia. When I checked in I was told that I hadn’t prepaid through Expedia. Because I was tired after a long day, I paid as requested by the hotel . Through Expedia I requested this double payment to be returned. Over a week later I’m still waiting.」
