クルーイドの三つ星ホテル

「The spa facilities would be fantastic however my experience was cut short due to the workers doing maintenance on the outdoor hot tub during my pre paid time which meant there were about 16 of us at one point sat in a bath as there was nothing else to do, room was dirty and mould on ceiling, staff said couldn’t help as hotel was full, offered to run up with a cloth but this was poor, restaurant staff all inexperienced and lacking manners, failed to bring drinks order until 40 mins in and had to...

「朝食夕食がとてもおいしいです。 値段はイギリスの中では安いと思います。」

「The bathroom was stinky Sea gulls attacking the window」

「Lovely hotel well positioned, but unfortunately the food from the menu let it down my husband had the chicken and pasta completely tasteless, wife had the slither of salmon she said it was okay, her sister and husband said the chips where cold sent them back redone and bought back out Breakfast was okay could have been hotter」

「We had a great stay here. Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in」

「Charming little hotel on the seaside promenade. Spacious rooms, a cosy "snug lounge" to read or have tea, coffee or other. Nice dining room, with a choice of free continental breakfast (which includes fresh baked croissants, cereal, toat, juice yogurt, and tea or coffee) or a full breakfast for a reasonable cost. The dining room is also open for lunch and dinner, and the food is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful, and as a solo traveler, i felt very comfortable.」

「Property was conveniently located. However some item needed repair although they could be used. Example: the shower leaked water which wasted water. The TV didn’t have a video signal although that may have need due to storms. Staff were very helpful and room was clean and neat.」

「Food is good, breakfast lovely, staff very helpful, bar is nicely set up, gym also very good. My room though, on the ground floor of what I assume is the older side, needs some tlc. Bathroom furniture need sorting out/screws tightened etc, shower leaked on the floor, door needs to be renewed.」
