"This is an old castle so dont expect luxury. The room i was in was dared and lazy but the small nuce but very small. Gym was ok but dated Grounds were fantastic and good parking They had hot tubs but you have to book. Evenn meal was just ok but not alot of choice and expensive but the restaurant was not great to eat in. Breakfast was awfull and ants on my table. I did report this. Id not fo back "

"We have just returned from a long weekend in this property it was truely lovely the lodge was clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a stay,it even had fresh flowers in the living and dining areas. The hosts were very helpful with any queries we had. The scenery was beautiful and it was nice watching the cows in the mornings.we will definitely be back."

"Book this property and you will not be disappointed. It is immaculately clean and well presented with every bit of equipment you could possibly need. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the property manager went out of her way to give clear instructions and to help as much as she could. Situation was ideal with a specified easily accessed car parking space."

"Gavin and Christopher have put a lot of thought into giving you an enjoyable stay at the Manorhaus Ruthin. The rooms are decorated reflecting welsh designs. The dining room has beautiful sculptures. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious with a lot of choice. The coffee was excellent. Overall we had a great week end stay. The Manorhaus is only minutes walking into the centre where there are several excellent eateries/restaurants"

"What a location, the view from the picture window was fab! Jill was on hand to save the day on a couple of occasions and some many happy memories were made. Lovely walks in the hills and a bike ride on the coast, a great week!"
