「The hotel was beautiful, the entertainment was mediocre, only timed things happening and sometimes that wasn't even scheduled correctly! The beach amenities can be stepped up! There were just a few beach chairs set out and were taken, the rest of them were chained up! The beach vendors were allocated right off the entrance to the beach from the pools. 「Beautiful location, ocean front, rooms very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel general manager would walk around everyday treating all the guest he saw to make sure their stay was excellent and if he could answer questions you have. I would definitely return to this resort again in the future.」

「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。
スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。
ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。
でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

「Upon arrival, the air conditioning in our room was not working. However, the staff was extremely helpful and responded promptly by moving us to another room where the air conditioning worked perfectly.
Getting to the beach was very convenient. We simply called for the resort’s transportation service, and they were always quick and reliable in picking us up from our room and taking us to the beach.

「The pool was the only thing as advertised!
Buffet was horrible I would not feed to anyone made me sick and was awake all night!
They advertise the have restaurants which is true however they are not operational and act like they have no space while the truth is it’s not real I went and checked for myself.
The restaurants if they do exist are not all inclusive unless you stay 3 night and in that three nights one reservation」
