This hotel is absolutely perfect, located in a quiet location. Very clean and well maintained. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach. If I return to Tamarindo I will be definitely staying again at this hotel

Tony was so helpful and newly renovated super clean and very spacious and have kitchen but no stove . Better to have stove but otherwise everything is goods close to beach and other stores. We stayed 4 days and Tony help a lot for anything. Will book again if we go.

The building is brand new and really nice. The apartment is very spacious and has a nice kitchen, but there’s no stove. It would be great to have at least one burner so you can cook a simple meal. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes from downtown Tamarindo.

We had a horrible experience before coming to this place so we were extraordinarily happy to find a clean location. This place is brand new so it’s very clean and wonderful. The only thing I would say is that if you’re planning a big visit to Tamarindo stay at this place in 2027 and check that the construction is finished. They are currently building a club and pool area on the beach across from the rooms that we stayed at. If you stay before 2027 and you want a pool, they are offering for you to pay a price to go to their sister club. This however is very expensive so I’m not sure if it’s worth it. Alternatively, the beach access is right across from the hotel and you can do surf lessons, etc.. One other thing I would say about Tamarindo is to pay a bit more money and get a clean place otherwise you get a dirty place that is falsely advertised..

Si buscan un lugar nuevo, moderno y con ubicación imbatible en Tamarindo, Mono Luxe Villas es la respuesta. El complejo (estrenado este 2026) tiene una arquitectura moderna hermosa y espacios muy bien diseñados. Nos tocó una joya de villa: tercer piso, esquinera, con un balcón espectacular y vista al mar. El parqueo en el sótano es un plus enorme por seguridad y comodidad (ideal si llueve, ya que subes directo en ascensor). La ubicación es perfecta: a 50 metros de la playa y a pasos de todo (Starbucks, Eneas, Sofia-Pandeli y minisuper a menos de 1 o 2 cuadras). Mención especial a Tony por un check-in excelente, rápido y súper amable. ¡Volveremos seguro!
