"Staff was amazing rooms out fashion and needs a upgrade steps bout to fall in and parking lot to pull in is a mess"

"I booked through the app on my phone and was advised of a resort fee I had to pay of 34$ at the hotel upon arrival. The hotel was outdated and was in need of a remodel. The entire room smelled of smoke. The furniture and carpet had stains and tears everywhere. I did a late check in and did not want to leave and look for another hotel. I should have left. Very disappointed!"

"I stayed here for a bowling tournament that started at 8 am. I departed the day of tournament at 6:40 am. To my surprise, there was a marathon that was getting setup. It was a challenge navigating to my event. It would have help if I had been informed because I would have departed prior to those setting up. "

"The room was stank they had crackheads hanging around the rooms knocking on peoples doors"

"Couldn’t even find or get to the hotel. The hotel is under 3 separate names which direct you to 3 different locations within a block of each other. We tried to call 4 times over a hour span and no one answered. Then it was blocked off with police and an ambulance."
