"I made a reservation several months in advance; however, upon my arrival, I was informed that it could not be located. I spent two hours waiting for the staff member to locate my reservation, during which she repeatedly asserted that it was unavailable. "Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators. "
