"Great place to stay for the match "

"Short stay in this lovely new hotel. It has a great location within the Liverpool One shopping area. Complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning were a lovely touch. Will definitely be back. "

"This small hotel is a real find and only a 5 minute walk further out of the centre than were used to. It made it for it with excellent attention to detail and good quality room amenities. The hotel is staffed remotely and we had a problem with locking our door. We sent a WhatsApp and got an immediate response from Geoff who sent someone to fix it straight away. Problems can be a pain, but it's how they're dealt with that makes all the difference, so a big thank you to you Geoff for stepping...

"We were visiting Anfield for the Legends game, so found this lovely guest house. Very clean, very comfortable with everything you might need. The kitchen is really nice, such a good idea (we didn't need to use it) Bathroom is spacious & the 1st floor shower is lush!! Definitely recommend "

"The staff were very friendly. Told us how to get into the property because we arrived past due usual check in time. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. And the other would be noise, partly from construction nearby which isnt the landlord fault and people coming in and out at various times and the door slamming which...

"It would be good if the windows were properly soundproofed or double glazed. The sound from outside could be heard all through the night was quite disturbing. A fellow resident also set off the fire alarm at 6:30am and didnt stay to rectify it. All residents were left on the stairs phoning the emergency property number. Again, quite disturbing to our stay."

"Room furniture was new. But electric heater and fridge were not PAT tested. No fire evacuation plan was in the room. Corridor light was not working between room 7 and kitchen. Access to room through kitchen Fire door were half fitted as insulation was missing to prevent fire and smoke."
