"Fantastic room with an onsen bath on the balcony. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a great variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Western choices to eat and drink. "

"We enjoyed our first time stay at Atami but didn’t see anything “premium” about this Onsen. The breakfast and dinner buffet was satisfying."

"あらかじめ口コミを参考にして伺ったので、施設の古さなど承知の上でしたので、さほど気になりませんでしたが、それでもそろそろ室内のリニューアルされたらいいのになあ・・という具合です。 あいにくの雨続きでせっかくのオーシャンビューを楽しめませんでしたが、晴れたらかなりの美しさだと思います。 ウェルカムおでんやかき氷、飲み物飲み放題、露天風呂、屋内プール、バーで飲み放題、卓球と、ホテル内で楽しめました。従業員の方々は口コミ通り海外の方々でしたが、不真面目な日本人よりよっぽど笑顔で、丁寧に、しっかりとしたお仕事をされていました。また機会が有れば泊まりたいです。 "

"It is a bit of a walk uphill, but the view and public bath is good. Most rooms share a bathroom across the hall. Very nice staff."

"Remote and serene. Buffet was a great option after many Ryokan stays around the area with omakase."

"I was worried because I missed my train and was stranded in the area. I booked and got to the hotel after 10pm but the staff were welcoming and understanding. I really appreciated them! Slept very well!"

"Overall it was a 10/10, only thing I wish would have been different is the rooms that aren’t the villas had baths instead of stand up showers only. That would have made it perfect, while not being an onset giving the onsen vibes. Overall highly recommended if you plan on staying hakone for an extended period of time and you’re on a budget."
