「The room itself was clean, but the bath tub could use refinishing. The hot water took a really long time to come to fruition in the shower, and the bath gel and shampoo seemed to be the same stuff. It was noisy in the morning when other guests were leaving. Breakfast was decent. The staff was nice.」

「治安が悪いエリアです。泊まらないことを強く勧めます。」

「Staff here were amazing It was a bit loud during the middle of the night with people talking outside, and you could hear people stomping around on the floor above Parking was much easier across the street in the overflow lot; rather than the tight spaces under the building The included breakfast was the best I’ve had anywhere」

「Room was nice but TV has no cable on it...Got charge put on wrong card.」

「Love the breakfast」

「This facility was disappointing. The front desk personnel were not very personable. For example, I had to ask where hotel parking was located. The room was clean but very humid with a distinct musty odor. The bathroom door was very, very hard to open and close. Facility is definitely in need of renovations to match standards of competitors like Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn. The palms trees at main entrance appear to not have been properly trimmed in several years. I will not stay at this...

「The hotel is like an extended stay .. the staff ..other visitors in and out the establishment all look suspicious. I do believe trafficing may occurring in the establishment. Front desk was trying to help but did not have the resources ... Sheets and wall were dirty. The shower had hair on the walls. I would never recommend any one stay there unless it was all that you could afford.」

「When we arrived for check-in there was a system break-down, but the lady at the reception was extremly helpful to open up our room first. The room was fine with small kitchen as this place is designed for longterm stays. The room was very clean, unfortunately the public areas especially the corridor could have been in a better condition. Breakfast is incl. but nothing special, just grab and go. Location ist excellent fpr Mt. Pleasant and just a couple of minutes across the Arthur Ravenel Jr....

「Room smelt horrible and wad disgusting.」

「We had the sweetest welcome by Tyeshia!!! Room was clean. Safe neighborhood.」

「The front desk staff Joanne was extremely rude and aggressive towards me when I went to check in. She made me feel uncomfortable and like they would call the authorities if my dog made a single noise. She needs training on how to treat customers. I have traveled to other best westerns with my pet before and she ruined my weekend making me paranoid to leave my dog in her crate in the room for any amount of time. Mind you other dogs were barking too, yet she came at me with aggression while...

「First, there are 3 staff members who are incredible. The woman who checked us in on 10/23/26, woman who moved us rooms on 10/24 & the man who checked us out on 10/25 were awesome. The man who worked overnight 10/23-10/24 was not. I came to him around midnight as the family in the room joining ours had a baby screaming at the top of their lungs since about 9:30pm. I asked to be moved to another room. When I said I didn’t mind getting a room with only one bed for me & my daughter to share he just...
