Customer service was excellent. At night a little noisy but just for a hour or so. Nothing to crazy. Room was really clean. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was very nice to me.

I don’t have nothing bad to say, they treated me with so much respect, I was facing a serious hardship, and always had a smile and was very understanding with me. Overall they were super nice, if you need a cheap, clean and friendly place to stay, this is the place. Believe me they will treat you with so much respect of course if you treat them well obviously. Honestly ya get what your pay for, I stay here often cause it’s cheap and in a central location. Rooms can very I’ve stayed in some that are pretty “clean” and some that were less clean. People live there and they hang out outside at all hours. This is a “I need to sleep somewhere tonight and only have 75$” kinda place. Def not a family vacation or business trip kinda stay lol.

The front desk staff is always great. Every time I come I never have a problem. They always have my stuff together. I just wish the rooms would be done better sometimes there’s no remote in the rooms and if there is, there’s no batteries and sometimes there’s no comforter on the bed and you’re sleeping With just sheets only. But I always stay there for the staff. They’re excellent!

There were roaches everywhere, trash under the beds, had to slam body up against door to close it, bathroom door didn't latch and stuck, booked a room with infant included in the booking and got a room with a shower so that wasn't great. Water got hot though. Totally unsafe and won't be bringing my family here again!

The staff at check in and check out were nice. However, the bed only had a top sheet and the mattress looked dirty and stained.. also the door was hard to lock as it looked like it had been kicked in before and some of the lights in the room didn’t work. The gang tags on the side of the A.C. unit in the room was charming touch though.

There was no coffee maker in the room, the ice bucket was dirty, there was only one wash cloth, no plastic flatware, one tiny microwave for the entire hotel in the lobby, people loitering outside at night urinating in the shadows, a malfunctioning HVAC, no power outlet at the work desk, one hard wooden school chair, non-functioning light switches, peeling paint on the walls, broken plastic floorboards - not even a do not disturb sign to put on the door! Overall, the hotel was substandard, cheap, dirty, ghetto and since it was beside a major highway, it was noisy all night. The only good things were the price, location and the accommodating staff but I won't return.
