「This was a perfect place to stay in Jaipur. It is walking distance from the Pink City, and a short rickshaw ride from all of the major attractions. It is a calm, and safe neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, shops, and amenities, and you can also order food in house and eat in the lounge or on the rooftop patio (with stunning views of Nargarh Fort). 「Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about...

「Could not take bath in shower as hot water supply very poor. Had to take bath in the old way with bucket. Kids did not like it. There was little unpleasant smell in hallway.」

「Although the hotel is located in isolated area, close enough to the city center and the airport. The room is clean enough even for Japanese tourists, hot shower is available and hotel staffs are so friendly and supportive. 」

「We had a great few days staying at the Dev Mahal and exploring Jaipur. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful, particularly in the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and we ended up eating there multiple times - the paneer tikka was particularly tasty. The only downsides were the location, being a bit away from the old city and wifi in the room was inconsistent. But these were minor issues and overall we’d definitely recommend!」
