"スタッフさんの気遣い、接客態度は 素晴らしいもので、気持ちよく宿泊できました。 また、忘れ物もスピーディーに 対応してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。 施設の不満としては、、 ・水の提供がなかった。 ・ドライヤーが古く、使い物にならない ・製氷機の側にコップなどがなく 　部屋に戻ることになった。 などです。改善点色々あるかと思います。"

"It’s a pretty small room and not ideal for most people traveling with partners. They have larger rooms but I’m not sure how they are. But for Osaka, it’s a really cheap hotel. It’s also in a great location by the Dōbutsuenmae subway station allowing you to get to Tennōji station quickly. The staff is really nice and they try to help you out when you need it!"
