「This is a nice, obviously older, and a bit out dated property. There is no breakfast or lots of amenities. Having said that, all rooms are ocean facing, it is right in the boardwalk, it’s clean, and the staff are helpful. The cost is reflective of all this, so if you are there to be close to the beach, in walking distance of decent restaurants, and to spend your money on the sights and restaurants, not a super fancy motel- this is the place for you. The shower was flooding onto the bathroom floor every time we showered, zero water pressure, they didn’t have enough towels or wash clothes to give us more, it smelled terrible when we walked in our room, didn’t have WiFi, room was small and not clean, none of the staff seemed to know what was going on in the hotel or in the area on Memorial weekend and the ac literally fell apart in our room.
