「The views from the Lake View Terrace rooms were incredible and everything we expected and more!
The firm bed was comfy and the bathroom offering everything you’d expect, with a brilliant shower.
We had a fantastic breakfast each day with very attentive staff ready to organise items not available from the buffet. We had lovely oat milk cappuccinos each morning and decaf options were available.

「The hotel was exceptionally better than I thought! It is in such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing Mountain View’s and only 1 minute away from lake como beach area behind the property. The hotel itself is a little dated but kept in excellent condition and very clean! Parking is available and the staff were incredibly nice. I would stay in this property again and highly recommend it. 」

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio.
I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them.
Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...
「Our flight was delayed and we arrived late, after the check-in window had closed, but the staff went completely above and beyond to help us make it there okay. They kept parking open late and provided an extremely clear and personalized instruction guide to access the property, retrieve our key, and make it to our room late at night. The area was gorgeous and the room was on a corner, very nice and clean. I would love to stay here again. 」
