「Booked to stay here for 2 nights after reading the reviews and we are so glad we did. From the moment we checked in and being greeted in the lounge with a drink and then being escorted to our room was such a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful and we wished we could have just stayed here for the 2 days and relaxed but we had plans in Knysna and Plettenberg. We had dinner in Zinzi and thoroughly enjoyed it and the breakfast was very good. The best thing about Hunters is their staff though. I...

「Warm and kind hospitality, natural surrounded with nice air and animals and plants, so relaxed, we think about our one earth. Thank you very much!! One thing that we felt difficult was that everyday hot water was not enough and we, including small children were really cold as we visited in winter; if it were summer, maybe no problem.」

「This is a great property as it has a range of stay options plus a separate place for day visitors who want to do a game drive. The 'tent' was quite luxurious and game drives informative and exciting. i liked the option to pay what you use and not just an 'all inclusive' which is better value for people who don't eat and drink huge amounts. Fully recommend. 」

「We loved our stay at Doorn Kraal. Firstly the staff are lovely and so professional. Our room (the 2 bedroom cottage) was super neat and tidy, and it had everything we needed and it was very quiet as it’s a bit further away. Just be mindful at night, there may be one or two spiders in the trees when you walk to the cottage (have a flashlight). The food was soo delicious, we could not stop thinking about the wonderful dinner. We will stay again. Thanks to all the staff! 」

O quarto estava limpo, confortável e bem decorado, além de ser muito silencioso durante a noite. A localização também é boa, perto de bons restaurantes, mas em uma rua tranquila. 「Very relaxed atmosphere, however we didnt get the room we wanted even afyer booking well in advance. Addditionally, the shower did work. A pity given the scenery and the hotel setting.」

「Needed a place to stay on our journey to Cape Town. Booked here and couldn't have been happier. Convenient location just off the N2 in quaint Storms River Village. Everyone qas super friendly and made us very welcome. Cosy room, quiet, and delicious breakfast. Storms River Village has lots of eating options. We went to Marilyn's where we enjoyed a scrumptious meal. All in all, a great one night stay!」

「とにかく敷地が広いです。 客室も広々としていて暖炉までついています。 ケープタウンからのドライブでとても疲れていたのですが、広々としたバスタブでゆっくり入浴し、朝、敷地内をのんびり散歩し、とてもリラックスした時間を過ごせました。 そして、南アフリカ全般に言えることですが、全般に宿泊費、食費が驚くほど安い。 日本のホテルよりもずっと広くアメニティも充実しているにも関わらず、日本のシティホテル並みの宿泊費。 またホテル内のレストランも二人でフルコースを頼んでワインを飲んでも二万円にはなかなか届きません。 南アフリカのコストパフォーマンスの良さを最も実感したのがこのホテルでしょう。 日本ではなかなか手の届かないゴージャスな一晩を過ごすことができ、とても幸せでした。 私たちはドライブの合間の休憩として一泊しただけですが、外はゴルフ場になっているので、ゴルフをされる方はここでロングステイされると良いかもしれません。 特に冬はオフシーズンで空いていて勧めです。 冬と言っても日中は日本の春、秋くらいの気温なのでとても過ごしやすいですよ。 」
