「The guest house was lovely, really friendly staff and good location. However, overall I was quite disappointed, I had expected a proper hotel and a much more luxurious experience given we paid over $500 per night. I wonder and hope this was a holiday price and other guests aren’t charged as much 」

「The facility was terrific, as were the staff. We had a small challenge with our room and the property management personnel at the front desk went above and beyond to provide a solution that was beyond acceptable - kudos to the team! Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful.」

「Not happy with this hotel」

「This property was a total disaster. It was advertised as having air con. No restrictions. We get there and were told there is no air con from 10pm to 10am. I would never have booked the place without air con. We were told to leave the windows open and were eaten alive by bugs all night. Spoke to the owners and were told ok we would be able to use the air con the following day. Guess what… next day all of a sudden the air con “doesn’t work” may be a day or two until it’s fixed. We decided to...

「Loved the guest lodge. Perfect location, with a great eatery next door ! Staff very friendly and really helpful. Honesty bar a great touch. Breakfast good. We has a Standard room with no air con only a fan which was when it was hot made it quite stuffy in the room. Would recommend guest house though and only wish we could have stayed longer. 」
