The guest house was lovely, really friendly staff and good location. However, overall I was quite disappointed, I had expected a proper hotel and a much more luxurious experience given we paid over $500 per night. I wonder and hope this was a holiday price and other guests aren’t charged as much

The setting is unreal beautiful. If you’re traveling the garden route and only staying a night as we did, make sure to get there early enough to enough the pool and beautiful setting!

Lovely hotel on the beach front road. Staff very attentive and informative. Room was comfortable and clean but the carpet on the stair down to our room was grubby. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed our stay.

Great family getaway in Plett.

Wonderful hotel, with incredible views and beach access. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Meals were enjoyable. Comfort, design and fixtures and fittings were great. Some maybe need replacement and care. The ownership does seem to take ‘ renovations seriously, so I am sure it will be like new soon.

Lovely Location with views across Plettenberg bay. Less than 5 minutes walk to main beach and 10 mins drive to Robberg Nature Reserve. Staff were very polite and helpful. Great Breakfast and evening meal. Our room was good, with all the basics we needed and was also nice & clean. We would be happy to stay there again, but would try to get a room with a view of the beach if we could

A continuing non issue that never went away with the bill got rather annoying in the end. That seemed more ro be head offices issue rather than the staff on the ground, but was the only real blemish

Für uns war es das schlechteste 5 Sterne Hotel, das wir hier auf dieser Reise gebucht haben. Der Pool war zu klein, das spätere checkout klappte nicht und es war für uns nur ok.

Modern and amazing location, right in front of the waves (so loud that you could hear them in the room). Tight parking for the van, room ac just did not warm up enough despite complaining to front desk. In room TV was just ok, but kids could not enjoy some channels as they did not work. Staff otherwise was courteous in the morning breakfast we took. Overall a good stay.

Soweit alles Ok. Lage Top, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Pools eher Zierde. Schlafcouch ist nicht qualitativ hochwertig und eigentlich nicht zum Schlafen geeignet. Als wir nach der 1. Nacht abends ins Zimmer kamen war die Schlafcouch wieder zur Couch umgebaut ==> Rezeption um 21:30 nicht mehr besetzt und keine Bettwäsche für Couch im Zimmer ==> wir mussten zu dritt im Doppelbett schlafen.
