「我們很滿意這次入住Fancourt hotel四晚，這裡是打高爾夫球的天堂，有三個一流球場，還有附近一小時車程內有好幾個不錯好球場。我們享受旅館優質服務和印度洋邊的高爾夫球場。 唯一讓我們非常困擾的事，旅館在我們入住前通知我們要變更我們預訂的房型，從Manor house 變成Fancourt hotel的單房套間，這個改變徒增我們這次旅行的擔心和困擾，對Fancourt hotel預訂部門的做法，感到令人失望。」

「Accomodation and gardens are fantastic. Checkin was easy, they kept in contact via whatsapp messenger every day of the stay to enquire how we were and if there any issues with the accomodation. A pity more properties do not do this. Will most certainly stay again.」

「Stayed 3 nights. What I liked: (1) The staff was great!!! (2) Location is great to centre George with lots of dining options you can walk to. (3) The rooms, themselves were very clean. What I did not like: (1) Wifi Internet never worked. (2) Generator was not working so there was no power during loadshedding. (3) The carpet in the hallways where the rooms are located is disgusting and needs to be replaced. Detracts from the otherwise clean environment. 」

「I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. I asked about breakfast and was led to believe that was doubtful and being able to invite a guest not allowed! My previous stay at Cherry Berry provided a delicious breakfast for me and my roommate and a generous willingness to invite a friend to join us. We ate in the garden and were delighted at...

「Our host was very friendly and accommodating, we arrived during load shedding and after check-in time! It’s in a good location too. Load shedding affects this area for 2-4 hours in the evening and quite often overnight - there is no generator but they do leave the portable lights in your room for when this happens. Breakfast was really nice too! 」

「The room was spacious and well decorated. Unfortunately the room overlooked a security gate and the staff were loud with thier banter and radios which was a bit of a distraction from the serene environment. The overall hotel estate is worn and tired, looks like it has not been maintained in years. We were there for one night and wanted to go to the bar/restaurant with the view of the ocean. We were told it was full and therefore had to eat in a “pub” type restaurant next to a security gate....
