The rooms were consistently well cared for. • Special recognition goes to Sheeay and Nandipha for their outstanding service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The management team also deserves credit for running a smooth operation while empowering their staff to handle day-to-day responsibilities with professionalism and confidence. 3) Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner OMG—you must experience the full breakfast! It was easily the best meal of the day. Every morning, it was prepared fresh and exactly the way you wanted it. The staff was very accommodating and Professional. The lobby team was always available and I loved that everyone assumed responsibility for whatever needed to be done, from our check-in with Luke to our check-out with Lily. There wasn’t anyone who would shift the responsibility of a task to someone else. The Porters were always friendly, and had some great restaurant recommendations when we wanted to dine elsewhere. Breakfast was wonderful, and our waiters were very accommodating in helping us pack our breakfast to catch the ferry as we were running late. Avril and the dining room staff were very courteous and friendly! I loved the staff here, and loved the facility as well. We didn’t use the pool as it’s an outdoor )rooftop 8th floor). Definitely money well spent!

We had a lovely, enjoyable stay, the staff are 5* and their customer service is what would make me return if I come to Cape, I want to say a Special Shout out to Toby, Patience, and Zolani. We stayed for 3 nights and they made us feel like family by the end of our Short stay. Toby kept us laughing everyday, Patience extended our check-out time as a Kind gesture for a small water issue on our Check-out morning, and Zolani was on hand to make everyone feel safe, even accompanying us to the local shops at night as we was 2 female travellers. Everyone including the Cleaning staff deserve a pay rise/Bonus, they make the Hotel Great, we definitely hope to see you guys again, from Krystal and Sara, UK.
