Even when I was trying to make my way to a nearby boat for a trip, the staff not only knew where I needed to go, but actually walked with me outside and down the street to show me where it was (said it was a super nice day, let's walk). 100% would come back!"

"We loved this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was huge. We had every facility we needed, including a mini fridge. The location was perfect for us, just minutes from the Mirabel gardens and a 10 min stroll from the old town. We even walked to Shloss Leopoldstrom in half an hour. The staff are amazing. Very accomodating and welcoming. We could not have asked for a better hotel for our stay in Salzburg. "

"What an amazing experience- probably best hotel we stayed- staff is very friendly and helped us with large luggage, place is spectacular, best sleep, pure alpine water right out of the faucet and everything though about in details, such as comfortable bed, coffee tea, delicious breakfast, amazing dinner menu with wild mushrooms, forest berries and so much more. "Great location with a bus stop right out the front that takes you into the old town. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Only the fridge in room needed to be colder. Everything else was great. "
