Great for exploring
"The hotel is perfect for exploring. The bar & restaurant are at a very high level. The room didn’t have aircon that we could control in the room, it did get really hot in the evening. Also it was a shame there was no gym but only a minor detail."

Jun 25, 2019A quirky little town best known for being the most northern town in the world, a gateway for many Arctic expeditions (hiking, cruising, wildlife). You can't go beyond the immediate town environs without an armed guard because of polar bears.

Nov 17, 2018So many options on what to do and see; most tour operators will pick you up and drop off at hotel, making getting to any activities manageable despite any weather conditions. People are friendly and the geography is just breath-taking.
