"We stayed 2 nights here while visiting Salzburg. It was a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to English. We even lost one the keys for our rooms and they did not charge for it. Exceptional service. The only complaint was the shower in the room. It wasn’t the shower itself. The heat and pressure were fantastic. It was the fact that the doors to the shower leaked water out into the room. But I would definitely recommend it as a place to lay low near Salzburg. "

"My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the J-Max apartment. It is in a good, quiet location away from the main road but still an easily walkable distance to Lake Bled (around 10-15 mins walk), a large Mercator supermarket, and all the general restaurants and shops you could need. This apartment had a small kitchen which we found handy to prep food. It is a basic clean space with no frills and was fine for us. "Wonderful, friendly staff and delicious variety of breakfast options with comes in handy because of the location of the guesthouse. Lovely location with beautiful views, however a car would be handy in this location. We had children and no car so found the position of the accommodation on top of a big hill and walking challenging at times but this doesn't take away from overall experience of the guesthouse and it was great excercise for us all. "These rooms were immaculate! Brand new but with a traditional decor twist that made it sooo cozy. Plenty of space as well, very roomy. The restaurant downstairs was not an issue at all - I never heard anything and they close rather early I think. Would definitely stay again! Also super conveniently close walk from the bus station"

"The property is rather new so everything is quite clean. The bed was a bit lumpy. The heating was temperamental and shut off in the middle of the night when it was the coldest. They did follow up with me on the second night to assure me they had fixed it, but it still shut off in the middle of the night for the second night in a row.
