"This hotel definitely has its quirks. The shag carpet is something that we read about in other reviews & is one of the things that made the hotel not feel as clean. Besides that the hotel has a lot of character & is a really convenient location for exploring we city. We walked every where we wanted & needed to! The off site parking was a little confusing to find at first but once we did it was only a 5 min walk to the hotel. The staff was very kind & helpful with restaurant recommendations. "

They willingly provided us with the information on things to do for our three days in Salzburg, and how to get around on foot or by public bus included in the City Card they were able to sell to us at the front desk.
