「Wasn't the best looking Motel. The room was a little run down.」

「i went at check in said room wont be ready till later gave me keys i came back key didnt work the desk said they upgraded me went to new room it was dirty dust and stains everywhere and was loud all night there is no pool or breakfast like it say i tried 2 complain they would not even give me 69b⁶t⅚」

「I stay here for weekend work in Cleveland and it is perfect for me. There was no freezer in the fridge, I needed that, all rooms are different though. All my rooms have been very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the staff not pounding on my door for cleaning as I work nightshift and I sleep during the day. Friendly Staff! I also love that there are so many different choices for places to eat. Also there is a Walmart/Dollar General and Dollar tree nearby. Among others. Great Area!」

「The room is perfect. It's so much more affordable than the other dozen hotels in the area. We were just evicted from my home after my identity was stolen. My landlord lied and stole EVERYTHING from my home, cars, and family and our stay here is the first time we have felt safe in months. The staff are soooo kind and friendly that our youngest wants to live HERE FOREVER!!! THANK YOU 10/5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐」

「All of the amenities in the hotel were closed do to a broken pipe in the hallway that leads to them. We were not informed of this ahead of time. Also once checked in and we got settled in our room and went to get a shower we found out that there was no hot water in the hotel. Went and talked to front desk about it and there only response was they know.」

「The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. The room was a little dirty with stains on the ceiling and walls. The shower drain was clogged. The biggest issue was the visitors upstairs were extremely loud. I’m guessing this is a typical expectation from the hotel because they have you sign a waiver on the weekend saying you will be kicked out if you are too loud. 」

「I could gave it 1 star because I had to. This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed at. Nothing in the room was cleaned. Toilet was a mess. The bathroom door frame was half broken. Durty walls. There were even receipts left in the drawers. We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes and it was disgusting. A room in that kind of condition had no business being rented out. Inexplicable conditions. Unacceptable. 」
