We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were clean as well as the exterior of building! Breakfast was delicious! Good Air conditioning in room, for the hot weather in Arizona! Maybe work on some better drink choices for Happy Hour, but all in all we enjoyed this Hotel!

5 stars and then some. Excellent from the communication to The spacious house, to the pool and rooms. A perfect place to relax with the family. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to find and great location with amenities not far away. Thank you to Avantstay, you by far, exceeded my expectations.
