No one at front desk, check in was a nightmare. The room I paid for wasn’t available so I ended up leaving and getting a refund. Room was nice but beds were not comfy and blanket were scratchy. The lobby had nice things but the overall feel of the hotel is old and dirty

Food is amazing but boring
I’m not a huge fan of shopping - I preferred that the hotel offered entertainment rather than having to hunt for it
Great food
We didn’t stay long to enjoy. We drove out to Apache Trail and rode it out to the Roosevelt dam great ride! Disappointed tortilla flats is closed on mondays and tuesdays. Kind of killed our whole lunch plan. Didn’t see that in my research
They should keeping the Crave Shop open later, since it sells items that guest could’ve potentially forgotten..
