Lovely hotel within walking distance to many sites

The rooms were very clean. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The only minor thing is that we wish the air conditioning is a bit more stronger. But again that seemed like a common issue in Italy.

Beautiful and charming. Very pleasant staff. Be aware that the elevator is very antiquated so 1 person and 2 large suitcases at a time is all that will fit but was not a problem. Beautiful location would stay here again! Side note, like most places in Italy, there is a city tax you have to pay at checkout so be aware

I've been to rome maybe 100 times in my life and have tried alot of hotels and this place I've really enjoyed lately. They have very warm staff the rooms are great and walking distance to everything but can still park your car. Definitely recommend 👌 price also makes sense

Definitely not a 5 star. In Europe stars are given like candy. A nice place to stay next to the airport, good food, rooms are super small. But a great 4 star experience. Nice spa experience.

The front desk staff were so helpful in organizing our transportation to the cruise port during the parade with road closures, much appreciated! We enjoyed the beautiful onsite bar and restaurant with the delicious breakfast items.

We loved the hotel, the only problem was the air conditioning. It barely worked. We found it difficult to sleep because it was so hot.

Property was beautiful. We actually spent so much time in town exploring each day by the time we returned the pool was closed. That’s ok. We had a nice relaxing stay without using the amenities. Thanks

The breakfast selection is good. The room size is ok. We had to request luggage rack as this "superior room" is relatively small, there's no place to sit our 2 luggage even on the floor. We were told that we booked a "classic room" but they gave us the superior one, with a balcany. Thus the room is small. Most of the time we would be out touring the historical sites in Rome, who needs a balcany looking at the back of the other building? I requested a different room, but was told there's no other room available except a suite on the 8th (top) floor but we need to pay additional 60 euros. Since we paid over $300 (with tax) for one night, we didn't want to spend a penny more. The design of the room is not well thought out, as we can hear the next room flush the toilet and shower water running. The open closet doesn't have drawers or storage space. This means that we cannot unpack our luggage. The bathroom is pretty large. The other positive point of this hotel is the location. The metro stop is across the street. Many cafes, shops nearby. Some intersting places are with walking distance, i.e. Palazzo Massimo Museum, Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Not sure if all hotels in Rome are over 300 dollars a night, but this is not a first class hotel which we expected.

Best thing was the great location

An old italian hotel, very good, clase to everything. The bathroom was big and with a lot of light, good breakfast.
