Immersed in over 4 acres of gardens and olive tree groves, this historical and elegant abode is perfect to host families with children and for those who love sports in an authentic atmosphere.
It is close to fabulous cities such as Rome, Tivoli, Villa d'Este, Villa Adriana, I Giardini di Ninfa and Castel Gandolfo. There is a Cotral bus stop 50m from the villa and you can commute to Rome as well as other locations.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a large living room with TV, a fireplace and a big sofa where you can relax during winter nights, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests can use the whole garden space where there is also a playground, a beautiful dining area, sun beds and umbrellas, and a tiny house with a kitchen and a bathroom as well as an external pizza oven. It’s the perfect location to relax with family and friends while visiting Rome.
