Staff is very friendly. Facilites itself is very comfortable, spacious and convenient. The breakfast is very nice, gym is spacious. Because there are facilities that serves the homeless just across the street and close by, there are homeless people gahtering nearby. they are not bothering anyone but naturally as a tourist I want to be in an envirenment not to face the hard reality of those not so fortunate folks.

Our stay at the Nobu was exceptional in every way! I can't say enough nice things about the Nobu as the staff are all so friendly and really take care of you! You feel so special and welcomed the minute you step into the hotel and you are well taken care of. The rooms are INCREDIBLE! So clean, tidy with amazing amazing views! We stayed in the corner suite and could honestly stay in the room just to enjoy it no problem! Snacks, drinks all taken care of. And the complimentary breakfast is beyond amazing. Whatever you would like each morning and have it taste sooooooo good. Nobu Toronto definetly exceeded our expectations. Cannot wait to go back again! Thank you!!

My only issue is that the elevator doors close too quickly and as a handicapped person this is very frustrating as I cannot get inside the elevator fast enough

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Toronto, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. His professionalism, patience, and kindness made check-in seamless and stress-free. He didn’t just process my stay, he genuinely welcomed me, and his attentive manner carried through every interaction afterward. It’s rare to find someone who can make a large luxury hotel feel so personal, but Matt absolutely achieved that. At the front door, Nicholas was always there with a warm smile, genuine energy, and readiness to assist. Whether it was simply greeting me or helping with directions and transport, he consistently made me feel valued and cared for. His presence truly set a welcoming tone every time I entered or left the hotel. The concierge team deserves special recognition—particularly Vanessa and Erica. They are a true asset to the Park Hyatt. Not only were they highly knowledgeable about Toronto, but they took the time to understand my needs and preferences, going above and beyond to ensure I had the best experiences during my visit. Their recommendations were spot-on, and their professionalism was matched with a personal warmth that made every interaction a joy. I will absolutely return and would recommend the Park Hyatt Toronto.

Safe, easy to walk to stadium

Amazing place to stay if you are going to the Rogers Centre. Love the area and hotel is very clean.

Wasn’t in the room much due to being out and about all day. No issues other than no mini fridge in the standard rooms & chromecast for apps kept disconnecting. I think the cause is bc other hotel guest were connecting to the wrong tv.
