Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Nice spa although the pool area was a bit chilly! Nice staff but service in the bar is quite slow. Got a fabulous welcome gift which was much appreciated!

I wish I had discovered this beautiful hotel before! I got stranded in Budapest due to a cancelled flight and I had to find accommodations the day after. I came across the Aurea Ana Palace Hotel by chance. The price for the stay was beyond reasonable, especially because I booked the same day I checked in. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My room was meticulously clean when I arrived. Loved the bathroom! The breakfast room is gorgeous! The hotel is two streets down from the Parliament Building and close to tram, subway, and bus stops. There are great restaurants around it and also a conveniently close market. I will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future!

Amazing and incredibly attentive staff. Rooms were awkward and a/c/heating made them very uncomfortable. Having the deluxe rooms was a bit of a punishment as well: bathroom on garden floor and bedroom up a staircase with no railing. Would not return to this hotel

Everything was perfection in every way from the room to the service from the front desk reception and the daily breakfast.....clean well organized hotel with the best staff,I don't have one complaint all praises to every staff memember who always smiled and very pleasant the whole week, I was there.....thanks,Ikonik

Can’t recommend this hotel enough! It really is in the best part of the city, in a really nice area just five minutes walk to the riverside. Here you can take the number 2 tram, see the “Shoes on the Danube”, get a river cruise, take in some of the best views of the chain bridge, Buda Castle and Fisherman’s Bastion. It’s also very close indeed to the Parliament building and St Stephen’s Basilica. The hotel itself is every bit as nice as the photos. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, spacious, modern with great service added too. The breakfast was excellent too with good choices. The nicest touch was that knowing it was my birthday the concierge sent up a bottle of local fizz. Would definitely recommend this hotel for visiting this beautiful city. Having ventured all over during our time in Budapest I cannot stress enough how good the Prestige’s location for seeing both sides of the river while enjoying some luxury too. We also regarded the area as the safest too… Thanks for making our stay so memorable!

The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.
