Rooms were big and clean.

Great location and beautiful views. We saw humpback whales from the patio. They have a fitness center, 2 pools, several hot tubs, a tiki bar and direct access to the beach and lagoon. Our room was clean, quiet and centrally located to all the things we wanted to do on the island. The resort is near the other lagoons and within walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shopping.

Great staff, beautiful property! We had a great time here, the lobby is incredible. The gym could use some improvements (very small and can’t really get more than 7-10 people in there) and the pool/ hottub area (while SO pretty and well decorated) could use some more upkeep in my opinion. Our shower was also not the cleanest when we arrived. Would still come back!

Carol in night housekeeping was a gem. Everyone from check in to pool staff were very nice. The pool was a little underwhelming but that didn't matter when you have the beautiful ocean in front of you. The garden and grounds were stunning. The location is perfect. We loved our stay.

Excellent room. Corner room was very good for work meetings while family slept in adjacent area. Nice kitchenette. Delicious food and drinks both with in room service and poolside. Only issues were cash-only tipping (couldn’t add to bill and pay with credit card), pool was a little crowded, and valet was a zoo during peak checkout times.

The pool amenities were great and great service as well

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
