Great rooms. Perfect location. Beautiful hotel overall. Wish we had more time at the property. We'd love to stay again.

We had a corner room on the 8th floor and it was a lot larger than I expected it to be, very spacious. The bathroom was huge as well. The staff was very nice-we needed to print some things and they gladly printed them for us. I also loved that the water machine down the hallway, also had ice, so we could fill up with cold water. It is in an excellent, very central location as well. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The rooms are small but fine as we weren’t there most of the day. The front desk staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The hotel is in a great location for walking around the city.

We rented a room with King Size Bed with a bay view. Room did not really have a view but was otherwise clean and had refrigerator in room. Parking is easy and several disable parking spaces available in front of hotel entrance. Staff is very courteous and quick to respond.

Our stay was excellent from day one! Every staff member is great. So friendly, helpful snd attentive. Beautiful room and view. Never had an issue with the room and housekeeping was so prompt. The historical pictures on the walls really tell a story and transport you into the past! We loved our stay. Thanks Fairmont Staff!

The noise from traffic on Lombard Street was bad. The location was great! The lights were confusing to use in the room.
