Our experience was excellent!All the hotel staff were smiling and helpful and eager to serve us and offer us a pleasant stay.The room was clean,tidy and always warm,with plenty of hot water at any time of the day.The breakfast was delicious,with good coffee and a variety of pastries.Also,the location of the hotel was extremely convenient,as well as the fact that it has an underground parking.This hotel respects every customer and it provides a good and pleasant stay.

This hotel was good. The bed comfortable, but no coffee pot no water kettle I left early most days at times that the restaurant was not open it would have been great to have the option of tea or coffee in the room

Always a good choice

Rooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable and staff was kind and helpful.

Hotel is in a very small village on lake adjacent to Lake Como -- easy to Milan about 45 min and to other villages and Lake Como about 30 min. Lovely staff, nice, comfortable rooms that are well appointed and gorgeous bathrooms. Not much to do in the immediate area so don't expect to walk around a cute town, but the hotel has a solid restaurant with a good breakfast and nice dinner dishes overlooking the lake.
