Very clean and spacious. Excellent shower and bathroom. Staff were extremely helpful. The only thing I missed was a washcloth.

I’ve been in many 5 star hotel and unfortunately this is not one of them. It does look’s luxurious from the outside and around of property especially the garden area are fabulous. The inside rooms interior is outdated and I would rate as the 3+star ranking hotel. The pillows were terrible along with the mattress. Be aware that spa is optional at additional cost.

Nice. But parking is expensive

Convenient location but the approach was not great- overaly crowded and although there were no issues - there was always a police presence and one did not feel very safe.

This is an Amazing Hotel! Located straight in the middle of Hamburg, the suite was amazing with river view on -1 floor. It was just about 2 meters above the water level, which was amazing. The staff was very helpful, needed help with street parking they walked outside with us to explain how to download the phone app. Highly Recommend this hotel.

Beautiful classic European comfort

The hotel is a few blocks from the train station. One barely hears the trains from the rooms in the back. The hotel itself has rustic charm. The decor itself is a bit outdated and my room itself was small. For me as a single traveler it was perfect. I wanted an inexpensive, clean room in a safe area within walking distance of the city’s sights with friendly professional staff at an affordable price. That’s exactly what I got. I did not pay for breakfast at the hotel. In retrospect I wish I had. The added 4+ Euro is half what one pays in the city.

Very good location, not far from motorway. Clean rooms, air-conditioning, WiFi.

Rooms were basic but just needed a bed for the night. Breakfast also rather basic. Beer garden open in the afternoon/evening serving overpriced wurst and Pommes but quaint enough. Overall reasonable value for money.
