The staff was courteous and helpful. Jason and Paolo went above and beyond by providing excellent customer service. Our room was charming. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was really nice. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Montreal. It is conveniently located and welcoming. Thank you!

Our stay was great. The room was nice and clean and the staff were helpful. The only confusion was around the continental breakfast that we thought was included but is not. Lots of places to get coffee and breakfast around so not a big deal. I would stay there again.
