West Island Kid friendly Vacations

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor from start to finish. The phone number was not provides to contact the help desk, so whenever we needed assistance, we had to go downstairs to the front desk ourselves. The room was also not properly equipped. There were no bathroom doors. For the price we paid, we expected much better facilities and service. The hotel did not even include breakfast, and basic amenities such as slippers were not provided. Overall, the hotel was overpriced and failed to meet even basic expectations. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and we would not recommend staying here.

Property wasclean. Beach was nice had loungers.

Le service est exceptionnel; cependant, $41 pour le buffet du petit déjeuner, c'est beaucoup trop cher! Malgré cela, je vais y retourner lors de ma prochaine visite a Mont Tremblant tellement le service était bon et les chambres propres.

Best hotel and services ive ever seen

I have to mention Louis, breakfast server in the bar area. I will just say our second morning of breakfast with Louis was a complete turn around from the first day of our stay. Louis got our day started with coffee and bread choices (which was not offered prior) and an attitude just friendly enough to feel he enjoyed what he was doing. I believe he is a real asset for Sofitel.

Likes: cleanliness, courteous staff, decor, location, amenities Dislikes: tight parking garage/parking spaces, don't bring your Cyber Truck with you and you'll be fine
