Hotel was at close to full capacity when we stayed a few nights. Hotel did not feel "full" except for the breakfast, it was packed from 8am to 9:30pm with no seating available. aside from that the hotel never felt packed, staff was pleasant, rooms were very clean / modern / new. no signs of wear. would stay here again.

Rooms were fine - on the smaller side - but fine. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was busy (in weekend) but decent! Location is hard if you’re going into Montreal - took anywhere from 45min to an hour to get into the city.
