Great staff, they were so sweet with our fur baby. The bartender/cook was amazing for dinner, she makes a great mojito! Kids loved the water slide and pool. Breakfast was delicious and many options. Beds were very comfy. Great stay!

This hotel was very clean, staff super friendly, breakfast was great! Wonderful slide for the kids. Pool nice size and there also is a jacuzzi. Close to restaurants, mall and downtown Montreal! Will definitely stay again!

Our stay was pleasant. I booked for 2 nights and we enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. We just had problem with the hair blower because it was not working and they were not able to fix it. The staffs are very helpful and let me use the hair blower in the next vacant room. Overall, we are happy and satisfied with our stay.

I like the hotel cause its close to some of the foods i like. And very nice staff and clean environment. They do clean our room every 2nd day which is good so we can have a new towels. And i love the gym and the pool too.

Overall the stay was okay. I stayed with my partner for two days. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Lots of parking. The gym was pretty good too. Only real issues I had was the pool was COLD. So cold that we couldn’t even go in it. And the breakfast was chaotic every morning; small sitting area and we had to wait for things to be brought out because the kitchen staff were so behind. Simple things like cutlery and plates; we had to wait for ten mins to be brought out. And they constantly were running out of eggs. The stay was fine but because of the breakfast chaos alone, I would never go back there

We stayed for two nights and truly enjoyed our time. I traveled with my two kids and another family, and we all had a great experience. The staff were welcoming and approachable throughout our stay. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean as well. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with many choices to suit everyone. We also appreciated the availability of hot drinks all day in the common area. The kids especially loved the pool, water slide, and spa. The hotel is also very conveniently located near shopping areas and restaurants, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay again.
