Good location, easy parking (although we didn't need the car we were so close to Southbank), 2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped although the pans are due an upgrade.

Great location and nice and clean

We were on a stay-cay in Brisbane for several days to attend appointments. We chose this property mainly on location - near public transport and all the shops we required. It did not disappoint in this regard, and I would definately recommend the property if location is the main concern. On the whole, our stay was good, and the room we had was perfect for our requirements. However, it was quite run down - stains on the carpet and bedding (including the fabric bedhead), chips out of the paint, scuff marks on the walls etc. We didn't need to use all the amenities in the room - washing machine, cookware etc - but it seems quite well stocked. What was a little off-putting was all the passive-aggressive notices around the room. Break it, you pay for it; ask for more, you pay for it. That sort of thing. The property has a gym and pool, but there was a notice in the lifts saying it was out of bounds until further notice. Again, quite passive-aggressive. The garbage chute is an accident waiting to happen. Again, a notice instructs you to make sure the bag is purshed through; this was rather difficult for me, and I'm glad I'm not a little shorter, older or weaker. But like I said, it suited our needs perfectly and we would probably stay there again.

It was wonderful great facilities, staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to make the stay extra special.

Hotel in good location, we booked a nice riverview room. The view is fantastic. The room is spacious. It is a five-star hotel, front desk staff are really helpful. The location is just on the river. The breakfast wasn't up to the standard of a five-star hotel, with not too much variety and items repeated every day, but the staff there were great. Generally speaking, we enjoyed our stay.

Very noisy with lifts beside bedroom wall make sure you don't get one of these rooms, Bathroom could do with an update, wall in lounge dirty. Handy location to Suncorp, Roma St station, check in really good.

Great location. Very clean & tidy.

As advertised, spacious and comfortable enough for 4 adults, washer, dryer and seperate toile downstairs, 2 bathrooms upstairs with another tv, carpeted upstairs, lgreat location with the markets walking distance, quiet, fyi there are stairs up to the 3 bedrooms for luggage up and down.

Terrific location for river taxis, restaurants and Southbank.
