Beautiful property, well maintained, quiet and enjoyable enough to not want to leave the room.

We stayed for 1 night only, a hit and run before leaving for the airport early the next day. Purchased purely on price for a 2 bedroom suite. Communications via Expedia from Morgan Suites was great, they told us about parking, and if we were arriving post 5pm what to do. Check in process super easy $15 for parking which was OK for Brisbane I thought. Car parking super tight, we have a KIA Carnival so a warning about that if you have a larger car. Had to go down multiple levels to find a park, lucky lifts are on each parking floor direct to the room level. Room was OK, as expected after a lot of use over time. We were next to the lift in Room 803 so a bit of noise there. Room amenities were fine, like soap, milk, tea / coffee. Nice litle balcony with table seating for 4, which overlooks the train tracks so not much of a "Brisbane" view. If a light sleeper you will hear trains all night. No food options nearby but we love each time to Brisbane going to Southbank for dinner, a 20 minute walk. Check out process was explained easy, we left 430am and dropped the Fob into the box inside reception area. 20 minutes travel time to the airport at that time via the tunnel (with tolls). Overall we got what we paid for, for the price so not complaining, If you are staying for a game at Suncorp Stadium, or an evening show at QPAC, or a conference at the Exhibition Centre, this place will be fine. Yes, we would go back and stay again for a similar purpose but not a long stay.

Very nice property - clean, conveniently located. Only complaint would be the hard mattress, but for the price and location can easily be overlooked. Would happily visit again!

Room was a little out dated, needs to be refunished with more modern items, especially the bathrooms. We had a bath with shower combo and was difficult to get in and out without handles near by to hold and sometimes slippery when wet. Staff was helpful in any questions asked, breakfast was satisfactory with options.
