Iceland Cheap Vacations

We enjoyed our stay at Icelandic Apartments. The facilities were clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. We would stay there again.

Convenient to bus stop to get to tours - walkable to city centre

Great location. Right across the street from Hallgrimskirkja and next door to ROK where I been several times during my visits to Reykjavik. Nice clean rooms. I like the bar area as well as my view of Hallgrimskirkja from my room.

The rooms are a little tired looking but still in very good condition so that is ok. The main problem is the bathroom. It is small and has a tiny shower cubicle enclosed with a curtain which is very annoying. The bathroom floor is full of water after a shower. Other than that, the location is good and the staff are all excellent, especially Sarah at reception.

Lovely hotel in perfect location. Short walk into Reykjavik. We were pleased to be away from centre and to avoid potential noise late at night. Hotel staff were courteous and able to book our return journey to KEF airport. If we returned to Reykjavik we would certainly return to this hotel. Rooms were warm, we had room at rear of hotel overlooking garden area, away from traffic.
