The receptionist was very professional and welcoming.
The room (we received a VIP upgrade) was VERY nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hotel's music theme, and the whole design of the building with atrium was beautiful. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of food. The hotel location had easy access to Metro and tourist attractions, yet quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location. On pest side. It was during the heatwave that we arrived. Air con was perfect, very strong.
We were on a cruise with Viking which had booked 2 days for us. We extended one extra day, requesting that we stay in the same room and it was accommodated. Thank you. Viking reservation included breakfast and the spread was extremely expansive and robust . Wonderful hotel.
