My shower had hard water stains on the glass and the shower head which isn’t difficult to clean! I requested that they re-clean it but all they did was replace the towels & remake the bed.
My mattress was lumpy but otherwise the room was comfortable.
The people at reception & the doorman were extremely friendly & welcoming.

The location of the hotel was perfect.
However the room which we had been allocated was in the old part of the hotel (I presume) as the room and decor was tired and dated, the safety catch in the window was broken and there was no air con in the room. The carpets in the corridors were obviously stained. This was a stark difference to a clean bright and modern reception area.
There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room which was a disappointment as this was not mentioned in the website.
The lifts were slow and poor, which was difficult due to a member of the part having mobility issues and was forced to use the stairs as the lift service was not suitable for a hotel of that size.
