I enjoyed every minute of it. Easy to get around with plenty of transit options to choose from. Easy check-in and check-out. Ans a very pleasant neighborhood with many shopping options within walking distance.

The staff were really friendly and helped us a lot, the room was clean and tidy. Would highly recommend if you need a cheap place to stay in london. The hotel was also close to the mall and there was a lot of shops nearby

The hotel seemed a little tired and couldn’t definitely do with some TLC. For example, the pillows on our bed were very thin and the shower head struggled to stay in place. There were also some stains on the carpet. As FYI for anyone else considering this hotel, you are likely to need to check in at the Pearl Hotel that is a few doors down the road instead of this actual hotel. The bed was comfy and our towels etc were clean. Likewise, the fridge and coffee etc was appreciated and the hotel is in a reasonably good place. The staff we spoke to were polite.

Overall not a bad stay. Quite close to train stations and lots of shops around. The room was a bit hot because even though there was a fan there wasn’t much breeze pushed out of it. Staff were responsive and helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth as well. The sheets were a bit dirty as well and weren’t changed daily nor were towels changed. Would recommend changing those especially if guests are staying longer than 2 days.

In the front bedroom where I stayed, we heard the cars' noise from inside. Apart from that good area to stay in, with nice people. Parking around W12 five min walking costs £25 for 24 hours.

It was a nice stay, very friendly & helpful receptionists, just the room might need to be little cleaner and as a hotel worker before little change in the rooms such as the TV, fridge etc will really attract more customers, it's in a convenient area close to amenities, stations & Westfield Mall and shops and restaurants.

The check-in guys were super nice and they were really responsive to messages beforehand! No issues at all with the staff, they rocked. The property itself just wasn’t super nice, and the bathroom smelled soooo strongly of cigarettes. It’s the cheapest hotel in that immediate area and you kinda get what you pay for. Overall, it was okay-to-uncomfortable, but the staff are really nice.
