The Holiday Inn Lisbon IHG was a good stay. It was close to a lot of easy walking to convience stores and dining. The rooftop pool provided a great view of the city. The bar served cold drinks, beer and ice cream. We didn't try any of the rooftop food options.
I don't recall seeing it advertised, but the hotel restaurant did provide a daily buffet option (€24 during our time of stay) in addition to the à la carte menu. The buffet was different every night and served a variety of Portuguese dishes.
The check-in staff and the restaurant staff were very polite and helpful.
