「Clean and tidy rooms, peaceful atmosphere and professional staff.」

「We had a decent stay. Did not feel like a 5 start property. Breakfast buffet was average ans stayed exactly the same for all 5 days we atayed there. Front desk staff was nice but room service and restaurant service was a hit or miss. Location is very good, central and close to nicr beaches.」

「The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of items to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.」

「Great central location, friendly staff, very nice breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the linen & towels good quality.」

「We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking...

「The establishment features a sophisticated rooftop venue that offers breathtaking views alongside a refreshing pool. Guests will find that the accommodations are meticulously maintained to ensure a comfortable stay. Each member of the staff is dedicated to providing warm and helpful service throughout your visit. It is truly a wonderful destination for those seeking both relaxation and a memorable atmosphere. We hope your time spent there is nothing short of delightful.」

「loved everything about this place but especially the spa massages i received.」
