「A good location at the top of the hill and has great indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Rooms are a good size and beds comfortable. Some of the decor is a little tired and the breakfast really is not worthy of a four star hotel.」

I would recommend some remodeling at some point as it appears that the actual bedrooms may have been remodeled but the bathrooms are still outdated. 」

「The location of the hotel was in the middle of Ponta Delgada which was very beneficial. The facilities in the hotel were very good. Service and food in the restaurant and bar were also very good. The room and its facilities was good too, our only whinge was the time taken for hot water to arrive after the tap was turned on. The staff were excellent and friendly.」
